kindly introduced by Bluetexasbonnie "... a hidden room with forbidden knowledge from the future ... found hidden in the deep caves, high in the dragon mouth mountains. The shiny case with shelves more perfect than diamonds (but not quite as hard) was zealously guarded by the safron monks of Indolasim for centuries. The safron monk order died out. No one was surprised. Not many men are willing to give up wealth, sex, meat, brocholi, electricity, cable TV, beer, hot water, and their favorite pair of jeans. Many could easily do without 2 or 3 things on the list -- but ALL so you can go live in the Indolsimian mountains with some smelly men wearing odd yellow robes? No way. The real question, is how did books get from the hidden monastery to the hidden room in the castle? What other monkian treasures are hidden away?" |
Rocca dei Borgia (Borgia's Fortress) - 1330 circa - Community: Library
Lotsize 60x60 Cost: 150,000§/252,000§ Rocca dei Borgia is a medieval castle used to be a meeting place for Young people in sims medieval age; young ladies and young gentlemen met here with the excuse of reading poems and ancient books. The large park around offers many lovely corners where to sit and chat or read and kiss. The little lake, named the Monk Pond, is rich of fishes. You can even cook and eat them in the pic-nic area. Ground floor: A book room, cloister and additional rooms linked by corridors First floor: another book room named the Romantic Room and 2 Chess rooms Second floor: a reading room with fireplace, bathrooms for her (lights are red) and for him (lights are blue), so you can immediately locate them while playing. Underground: since only the modern bookcase (the one with glass shelves) brings also skill books, and since it's too modern for a medieval place, underground rooms have been added with these particular bookcases. You have to find the access (is there more then one? better to check around in the park!) Notes: As every tomb you've alreay visited in the adventure worlds, once you've got the treasure and such, they do not regenerate until you leave, go back into your town and then go to vacation again. So, after the first collecting, you have to move to Sim China, France or Egypt and when you come back you can find new treasures. Treasures: I put little ones because I didn't plan at the beginning to add a tomb, it's only for the skill bookcases, but it's nice to go there and play with tricks, or not? And remember that the first collecting brings always best treasures. There are butterflies and some gems (need to wait some sim days before they spawn). Built in January 2011 for The Sorceress & Co. Tested and Cleaned.
